CWA July Virtual Forum: Designing Green on a Budget
CWA’s July monthly virtual forum with Pam Hutter the founder of Hutter Architects. Pam discusses one of their latest projects, a net zero PHIUS and Energy Star compliant lake house in Indiana as an example of leading green design not only to achieve sustainability certificates, but also as good practice. Pam is an Architect, Designer, Project Manager and Principal of Hutter Architects, and she oversees every aspect of work done by her firm. Pam works with clients from the very early stages of a project to determine feasibility, budget, scope and form. She writes the program parameters for the project and creates the work plan and schedule that then governs the flow of work through the organization. Pam oversees the design of the project to assure quality during all phases of design and construction.
